JCGS Annual Picnic!

JCGS Picnic event is for all of us together to have fun in the Sun and build lifelong friendships and learn something new. We hope to see you all come with the spirit of pitching in to make it a great memorable event like in the past. So please do the Right thing and together we all will have lots of fun.

In our Jain Dharm, we are taught from our childhood not to waste food. So those of you who are not able to come to the Picnic on 27th should not RSVP. But if you are coming, even if there is 70-80% chance that you will make it, then you must RSVP before the deadline on Sunday, 21st. After you RSVP on Sign Up Genius, you receive a Confirmation. That Confirmation can be used to update your RSVP so if thee is 70% or more chance you will make it, please RSVP today.

We want to thank the 120 Adults and 50 Kids who have RSVPd, and ask them to encourage their friends and family to do so.

Our Theme this year is “Carnival Games” like Dart Ball, Ring Toss, etc. For Games, we have asked kids 10+ with 1 parent to volunteer to manage the Games for just 1 hour. That way, they will get a chance to play also after 1 hour and it will be a great learning experience. We are requesting the parents to step up first and Sign Up your 10+ year old with 1 parent to manage the Games. Picnic Team will teach them how to manage the games this Sunday at the Derasar after Lunch. We are planning to play 10 Games so we need 20 kids 10+ with 1 parent to take turns in managing the Games.
